Eligibility

Pennsylvania residents who meet income guidelines and are at nutritional or medical risk. Visit the eligibility website to view income guidelines. Pregnant people, breastfeeding and bottle feeding individuals, infants up to one year of age, children up to five years of age (including those in the care of the custodial parent or a legal guardian), and unborn child/children are counted in family size.
