Must be a county resident for care coordination
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Application process
Call Harrisburg or Lancaster office for admission; Will assist with applications and funding

Services free of charge - clients can be on Medical Assistance, County funding or private pay

Description
Provides recovery support services in the form of Recovery 101 groups, recovery life skills, recovery planning, recovery management, and Buprenorphine care management. Offers care coordination, one-on-one sessions, client monitoring, referral, recovery planning, support groups, and mentoring.
