Eligibility
Individuals age 2 and older; accepts uninsured and underinsured patients.
Anyone under age 18 must be accompanied by a legal guardian.
Hours
Friday and Saturday, October 24 and 25, 2025.
Doors open at 6:00am and the clinic starts at 7:00am.
Application process
Visit in person. All patients are seen on a first-come, first-served basis.
