Eligibility
Caregiver must be an adult family member or individual who has an active role in the care of an older adult with car needs in multiple areas. Grandparents over age sixty caring for their grandchildren are also eligible. The grandchildren must be under age 18.

Description
Provides financial reimbursement to the caregiver when needed supplies and respite care have been purchased. Consumers in this program need two or more activities of daily living impairments to qualify. Grandparents age 60 and over caring for their grandchildren who have additional related expenses also qualify.
