A) Women must be income-qualified (low-income) B) Must enroll in the Nurse-Family Partnership program by the 28th week of pregnancy. The program prioritizes first time parents.

Description

Provides an evidence-based program to support pregnant people in which registered nurses conduct home visits throughout the pregnancy and continue until the child turns two years old.
