Eligibility
Counseling, testing, and education is open to public. For other services,
must have a diagnosis of HIV/AIDS.
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
Application process
For persons living with HIV, intake provided to match care/assistance to needs.
Fees
Counseling, testing and education is free. HIV case management services are free. Medical care is based on income and may be free. Most insurances accepted.
