have a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)as defined in DSM IV

Offers a participant's unpaid caregiver a short break from caretaking duties. Service can include providing assistance in activities of daily living (ADLs) or doing household tasks, managing money, and cooking.
