Serves individuals experiencing homelessness in Allegheny County.
Hours
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
some crisis and outreach services are delivered outside regular office hours.

Description
Assists with key resources such as obtaining a state ID, signing up for food stamps and medical insurance, providing transportation to and from appointments, and accompaniment navigating the shelter and housing systems.

Facilitates connection to resources for individuals and families experiencing homelessness throughout Allegheny County, especially at tent encampments, cars, bus stops, abandoned buildings. Assists unhoused individuals and families with housing, health, and safety.
