Offers affordable housing for Armstrong County's low- to moderate-income seniors, persons with disabilities, and families with children. Section 8 Housing Choice Voucher Program consists of 276 vouchers, and includes the administration of the Family Self-Sufficiency, Homeownership, VASH, and Family Unification Programs.
