Provides residents with the service of deeds, mortgages, satisfactions, releases, rights-of-way, oil & gas leases, and power of attorney documents. Serves as collection agent for Pennsylvania Realty Transfer Tax and accepting agent for US passports. Issues marriage licenses and maintains all adoption and guardianship cases.
