Each client family is assessed for eligibility for services on a
case-by-case basis and dependent upon family income and assets, number
of persons in the household, current financial standing, and
extraordinary or unusual family circumstances.

Description
Provides third-party payments for partial rental or mortgage assistance, heating oil or electric bills, and miscellaneous expenses for uninsured or underinsured clients. Assistance is limited to one time each calendar year. Allocates available aid resources as equitably and effectively as possible in order to best serve the most clients.
