Eligibility

Individuals of any age, and their families, at any stage of the diagnostic and treatment continuum. Specific services will vary by age.

Hours

Walk-in Hours: Mondays 10:30am to 5:30pm Tuesdays through Fridays, 9:00am to 4:00pm. Appointments can also be scheduled.

Medical Assistance or other insurance may be required for referral to some services, there is no charge to work with Hub staff.

Description

Offers parent peer support, referral, and screening to assist with access to diagnosis for children and adults as well as services in all areas of treatment and daily living. Offers neurodevelopmental/Psychological testing from adults, evaluating for autism, ADHD, and other neurodiversities.
