Description
Provides social workers and educators to coach members anywhere in the Philadelphia metropolitan area to live, work and socialize independently. Supported services: transitioning from living with family to living independently (including roommate matching); career success; community engagement and social connections; budgeting; volunteering, most ADLs; and a customized plan to achieve independence.
