A) Household adjusted gross income less than 400% of Federal Poverty level or qualified for Earned Income Tax Credit B) Must complete 8 hours of financial education provided by Open Hearth

Description

Provides fund matching to eligible individuals and families' savings to be used toward post-secondary education or a first home (based on available funding). Households may save for up to 12 months; for home purchase: save $2,000, receive $4,000. For education: save $1,000, receive $3,000.
