Description
Provides information on energy conservation techniques to lower utility bills; education on common home repairs that yield the most savings; utility assistance and weatherization programs available to low- and moderate-income families; home repair programs for housing preservation; and developing a budget to manage household expenses. Provides assistance with the following programs and applications: A) Budget Counseling/Energy Counseling B) Emergency Oil Assistance C) Low Income Home Energy Assistance Program (LIHEAP) D) Low Income Conservation Assistance Program (LICAP) E) Rain Water Barrels F) Utility Assistance G) Utility Emergency Services Fund (UESF) H) Weatherization Assistance Program (WAP) Applications I) Water Conservation
