Description

Operates the State office responsible for collecting the Pennsylvania personal income tax, inheritance tax, sales and use tax, employee withholding tax, hotel occupancy tax, and all corporate taxes. Special programs administered by the Department include the Property Tax/Rent Rebate which assists in rental or property tax costs in the form of a rebate on rent or property taxes paid during the previous year.
