Serves individuals in Allegheny County who are experiencing homelessness.
Hours
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
some crisis and outreach services are delivered outside regular office hours.

Meets people where they are living outdoors to provide basic items needed for survival, such as tents, tarps, sleeping bags, water, and socks.
