Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, 8:30am to 4:30pm Thursday. 8:30am to 6pm

Accepts most commercial Insurances, Medicare, PA Medical Assistance, and Chip Programs. For our uninsured or underinsured patients, we offer a Sliding Fee Program based on income and family size.
