Eligibility
Applicants must:
A) Live in Allegheny County and be purchasing a home in Allegheny County
B) Be first-time homebuyers
C) Have no more than $50,000 in liquid assets
D) Make a minimum contribution from their own funds that is the lesser of $1,000 or 1% of the loan amount
