Individuals can be connected during their time at the Allegheny County
Jail, during their time in re-entry programs, and upon their return to
their homes and communities.
Hours
Office Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 3:00pm Services are by
appointment only.

Offers prenatal and postpartum education, birth doulas, mental health counseling, parenting education, prenatal and postpartum support. Parents who complete required classes can receive diapers and a car seat.
