Adults age 18+ who struggle with managing and regulating their emotions or who have previously participated in IOP or a higher level of care on multiple occasions.

Description
Offers an 8-week program of Dialectical Behavior Therapy in a small, closed group setting. Meets 3 days a week for 2.25 hours in a group setting with one individual session per week with the therapist.
