Description
Program provides individualized instruction and classes in diabetes self-management and follow up care. Includes an Insulin pump program and a wide range of medical services. Camp Red Jacket is a week-long summer camp for children ages 6-12 with diabetes. Camp is held every June.

Also offers a reduced-cost program for uninsured and under-insured families with a household income up to four times greater than federal poverty guidelines.
