Eligibility
Must live or work in Luzerne County. Must be employed, temporarily receiving unemployment benefits or actively looking for work. Must not have private insurance, or federally funded insurances such as Medicaid. Household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty guidelines. The dental clinic offers services to patients starting at children throughout adulthood.

Healthy smile program providing education to children on healthy oral hygiene. Dental evaluation to pre-school children including program bags with toothpaste and toothbrushes.
