Existing and start up for-profit business enterprises that are owned and controlled by ethnic minorities who are residents of Pennsylvania

Direct loan program and apply through ALO, IDA and CDFI located in the area of the business. Visit the website to review guidelines, apply, or contact agency.

Description

Provides low-interest loan to local businesses. Assists with Land and building costs, machinery & equipment costs and working capital. Funds up to 90% of the eligible project cost, or $250,000 whichever is less.
