Description
Bilingual bicultural staff assists and connects consumers with programs, benefits, and services that they may be eligible for such as state benefits through the PA Compass System, welfare benefits, public health insurance, etc. Due to their extensive network with local providers they are able to refer clients to where their clients are able to have their needs met. Provides referrals to social service agencies, advocacy, notary services, etc. including referrals to Safe Berks if client fears for her/his life. Dedicated Personnel trained on domestic violence service support through Safe Berks.

Their mission is to support and enhance the acculturation of the Latino population in the Greater Reading area through collaborative initiatives designed to enable individuals and families to improve their quality of life and the quality of life in their communities.
