Description
Provides men, women, and young adults with peer specialists who have experienced some of the same challenges they are facing. Focuses on living with mental health or substance abuse disorders, rather than being overcome by them. Mentors clients on self-care and resiliency skills, setting achievable goals, building on personal strengths, and making informed decisions.
