Individuals and heads of families age 18 and older who are experiencing homelessness or are at risk of becoming unhoused with incomes at 200% of Federal Poverty Guidelines

Offers connection to supportive services to individuals and families experiencing and at risk of homelessness. Services include: Emergency Shelter Services, Safe Haven, Transitional Housing, Permanent Supportive Housing, Shelter Plus Care, and Homeless Prevention Programs.
