Description
Focuses on health promotion and disease prevention activities for older Pennsylvanians. Promotes optimum health and well being with a special focus on exercise, nutrition, chronic conditions, incontinence, mental health, injury prevention, medication management and alcoholism.

Wayne County Human Services
Oversees the administration of all County human service agencies, acts as a coordinative unit for all County contract human service agencies, and facilitates the access of citizens to service coordination.
