Call 211 or 855-567-5341 for pre-screening and referral Monday through Friday 7:00am to 5:00 or call BCEH at 610 372-7222 Walk-ins can come to 600 Penn Street, Reading, 8:00am to 2:00pm for an appointment. If caller does not have a phone, they should call BCEH when they have access, and leave a message for Tracey at ext 4.

Description
Standardized and coordinated assessment and referral service for everyone who is seeking services from the network of homeless services in Berks County. Services include: * Assist a household that cannot otherwise be diverted or prevented from homelessness connect with the shelter that best fits the household's needs and goals. * Assist persons experiencing homelessness to be quickly re-housed and stabilized
