Supports families in Adams County and the Greater Hanover Area as they navigate daily successes and challenges. Offers the following: Basic Needs Assessment; Intake with Information and Referral; Comprehensive Case Management; Family Check-Up (Evidence-based program); Everyday Parenting (Evidence-based program); Familias Unidas; Incredible Years; Connections to Family and Human Services (Strengthening Families, Familias Fuertes); Ongoing support and connections to further services, help with LIHEAP/Financial Applications, etc.
