Eligibility
A) Homeless or near homeless individuals who can prove they are able to be self-sufficient - Call for information
B) Able to show that they can meet their expenses once they receive help
C) Must have been a resident for the last 6 months in Franklin County
D) Must be under 200% of the Federal Poverty Income Guidelines - Call for information
