Residents of Beaver County who are parents/guardians of a child with cancer or a life-threatening heart condition
Hours
Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm
Application process
Must be referred through Children’s Hospital, a pediatrician, and/or school nurse. Inquire with these providers for an application.
