Offers services in the Southside drop-in center, via telehealth services, and off-site at safe locations within the community. Project RISE services include specialized trauma-focused, crisis, and supportive counseling; survivor-centered intensive case management; emergency assistance; Wi-Fi, computer, phone, locker, and shower access; creative coping arts and crafts, as well as interactive games and activities; and psychoeducational groups.

Office of the Victim Advocate - Address Confidentiality Program

Provides victims with an alternate mailing address to keep their actual home address out of public records where their perpetrator may find their location. The confidential address may be used as a legal address for court and government records, including driver’s licenses, non-photo ID cards, vehicle registration, school records, voter registration, marriage licenses, and court petitions. The ACP forwards all first-class, registered and certified mail to the participant, free of charge.
