Wilkes-Barre Law and Library Association - Lawyer Referral Service of Luzerne County

Offers an online referral service through which the client should then call the attorney's office directly to make an appointment, indicating that they received the attorney's name from the Lawyer Referral Service. Provides a half hour consultation with a lawyer listed with the Lawyer Referral Service. Does not play any additional role in the extended service that a lawyer may agree to provide.
