Eastern PA Trans Equity Project - Rapid Response Crisis Grants

Provides rapid monetary assistance to transgender/gender-expansive individuals or the parents of transgender youth under the age of 18 residing with the parent. Includes one-time rent assistance, food assistance, mutual aid for utilities, car repair, trans-affirming medication, and bus passes. All payments are made directly to the vendor. Application does not guarantee approval.

Access to doctor visits, emergency visits, labs, x-rays, and other testing are eligible for discounts. Serves residents in four counties: Adams, Lancaster, Lebanon and York. HealthyCare Card (HCC) is a program of Healthy Community Network (HCN). HCN is a collaboration with Health care providers and social service agencies who are committed to working together to improve access to healthcare services for those in our region who are uninsured or under-insured.
