Assists youth and adults with disabilities to prepare for, secure, and maintain or advance in employment in the local community to support their financial self-sufficiency. As part of their service delivery, they provide benefits counseling support to those individuals who receive SSI and/or SSDI to understand work's impact on their cash benefit and healthcare.

Provides opportunities for individuals with disabilities to learn and practice work skills in a competitive integrated employment facility. Participants may be involved in the program on a transitional or ongoing basis, and are paid for their work. The nature of the work and the types of disabilities represented in the workforce vary widely by program.

Provides vocational rehabilitation services to persons with disabilities to help prepare for, obtain, or maintain employment. Services are provided on an individual basis, both directly and through a network of approved vendors. The OVR counselor assists customers in selecting their choice of vocational goals, services and service providers.

Programs aid individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities in searching for jobs, refining interviewing skills, and transitioning into the workforce through temporary employment positions. They focus on working with each person in the setting in which they are most comfortable. The Commerce Park Clubhouse offers a variety of employment opportunities such as Transitional Employment Positions (TEP)and Supported Employment, and also provides in-house support for those in Independent Employment. TEP’s and Supported Employment also receive Job Coaching, funded through OVR. Clubhouse administrators try to match members with positions that fit a member's needs and skill sets. Commerce Park Clubhouse has a wide variety of opportunities for members to get involved in everything from cooking to how to use a computer throughout the work day. The Tower Cafe is a vocational training restaurant operated by Community Services Group.

A vocational training program serving individuals with developmental and/or acquired disabilities. Focused on facility based job opportunities. On a daily basis, program employees receive individualized training designed to improve vocational skills by performing vital job tasks procured from businesses within the community.

Offers appointments with an occupational therapist and a low vision doctor to determine the need for visual aids and services. Accepts insurance for these services.

Coordinates with various agencies and clients to identify and address specific support needs for individuals with disabilities. After evaluating each person's vocational goals, DEC assesses the individual's existing abilities and matches his or her interests and skill set to a relevant work environment. Placement in our Employment Services Program offers hands-on experience in the workplace with support along the way.

The PA CareerLink is a one-stop job center that provides an array of employment and training services in a convenient, easily accessible location. Services include job counseling, testing and assessment; resume preparation assistance, interview training and other prejob guidance services; job matching and referral; unemployment insurance and job registration; labor market and career information; information on financial aid for education and training; and referral for job training, transportation, child care, personal and financial counseling, health care and other human services resources in the community.

Supports individuals with disabilities in finding competitive employment in the community to enjoy a productive, inclusive, and fulfilling life, which may lead to self-sufficiency. Provides services such as individual assessment, career counseling, job referral, job development, job coaching, and ongoing support. Pathways is a community habilitation adult training facility where individuals with developmental disabilities (mental health and intellectual disabilities) development of personal and social skills, independence and self-esteem, communication skills, and health maintenance.
