Designed to respond to the needs of. Its purpose is to reinforce (not replace the care being provided to the older person (who requires continuous care) at home. Depending on the annual household income, up to $250 a month for out-of-pocket expenses for purchased services and supplies (medications and medical supplies) directly related to the care of their relative or friend, is available.
