Greater Erie Community Action Committee - Caregiver Support Program
Provides reimbursement for care giving expenses for people caring for parents, spouses, children or relatives that live at home.
Benefits provided include:
financial reimbursements, adult day care, skilled nursing and household expenses, home modification or assistive devices such as ramps and wheelchairs. Information and referral on resources, respite care, benefits counseling, caregiver training, and care coordination may also be available.
