Offers services for individuals with substance use disorders. Provides screening and level of care assessment for substance use disorder, referral to treatment, and support until admission if space is not available in an appropriate setting immediately. Care management includes connections to other human services (through warm hand-offs), information and education about treatment options, peer support, and coordinated linkage to treatment and/or services. Also offers a Safe Place to Stay providing food, shelter, and professional support while individuals are waiting for appropriate treatment placement in the community.

Fathers are encouraged to share from experience as they identify with one another's problems and triumphs. 2) "Long Distance Dads", a class for incarcerated fathers, similar to "Foundations of Fatherhood." 3) "Five Love Languages", a video series on developing effective communication with partner and children. 4) Dads in Training (DIT): Promotes fatherhood responsibility to young fathers; provides case management and educational support groups. Provides 3 to 6 months of community-based, family-centered support to youth experiencing disciplinary challenges at home, in school, or in the community. Services include case management, onsite after-school programming, counseling, life skills workshops, mentoring, educational support, and linkages to community resources.

Plans, coordinates and administers drug and alcohol services for the tri-county community, especially the un-insured or under insured. Centralized intake service conducts an assessment interview to determine the proper treatment protocol for an Individual based on degree and severity of drug and/or alcohol use, as well as his/her medical, social, family, educational and vocational history. Youth Administrative Service Coordination services are available to parents/caregivers who may need support and assistance in managing their child’s mental health needs. Services include links to mental health resources, follow-up on the effectiveness of those resources, and long-term support for parents.
