Pathway to Care and Recovery - Substance Use Crisis Center

Offers services for individuals with substance use disorders. Provides screening and level of care assessment for substance use disorder, referral to treatment, and support until admission if space is not available in an appropriate setting immediately. Care management includes connections to other human services (through warm hand-offs), information and education about treatment options, peer support, and coordinated linkage to treatment and/or services. Also offers a Safe Place to Stay providing food, shelter, and professional support while individuals are waiting for appropriate treatment placement in the community.
