Open door policy allowing citizens to drop into Bethlehem City Hall the second Monday of each month from 9:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 3:00pm to speak with Mayor Robert Donchez. Chats will last 15 minutes. Available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limited to one visit each month. Located on the 2nd Floor of Building B.
