Offers services for individuals with substance use disorders. Provides screening and level of care assessment for substance use disorder, referral to treatment, and support until admission if space is not available in an appropriate setting immediately. Care management includes connections to other human services (through warm hand-offs), information and education about treatment options, peer support, and coordinated linkage to treatment and/or services. Also offers a Safe Place to Stay providing food, shelter, and professional support while individuals are waiting for appropriate treatment placement in the community.

Rec Center for youth provides a safe space for fun and offers snacks and meals. In conjunction with local law enforcement authorities, provides a location where offenders, both youth and adults, can work off court assigned community service hours.

Programming options include: Nutrition, Wellness, Exercise, Yoga, Tai Chi, Acupuncture, Massage Therapy, Panel Discussions, Lending Library, Life Coaches, Aptitude Testing, Financial Health, Computer Skills, Seminars, Resume and Job Preparation, GED and College Placement, Meditation, Life Drawing, Painting, Music, Movement, Poetry, Theater Arts, Dance, and Socials.

Offers a drop-in space with peer-based recovery support and referral to services for individuals in recovery to focus on their health and wellness.

Offers homeless individuals Crisis Intervention and Continuing Care, Information and Referral to Local Drug and Alcohol and Mental Health Services. Recovery Specialist on Staff; Resource Coordination; Sober and Supportive Day Room Environment.

Provides is a safe place for those suffering from addiction. Also for loved ones of those suffering addiction or suspected of addiction to come and get all sorts of information about the resources that are available. Offers: A) A Certified Recovery Specialist or Certified Family Recovery Specialist is on-site so that if someone needs professional counseling or immediate placement into a rehab, we can accomplish that the same day. B) A medically assisted treatment (MAT) van from Gaudenzia Rehab services that can give prescribed injections for those in recovery. C) On-site computer and printer to apply for assistance, employment opportunities or research meetings, activities, and events to aid in your recovery efforts. D) View a variety of resources and announcements to aid in your recovery. E) Support meeting daily Monday through Friday

Offers a place for people to hang out without the influences or temptations of alcohol. Provides a pool table, games, and coffee.

Offers recovery meetings, food distribution, Narcan, community events, a full-service kitchen, Certified Recovery Specialists, treatment and recovery housing referral, support for loved ones, and peer-to-peer recovery.

Provides daytime drop-in counseling services for adults with mental health challenges.

Offers supportive, sober environment where individuals with substance use disorders may participate in social activities and connect with peers. Information and referral for various social service agencies, including 12-step programs, also available.

Provides a day shelter providing an immediate and temporary place for individuals and families experiencing homelessness to stay during the day hours while they seek to regain permanent housing stability.

Provides support for individuals with mental illnesses and/or substance abuse issues. Services include meals, social activities, educational programs, help finding accommodation and work, and access to showers, telephones, and computers; some transportation is available.

Offers recovery housing and peer to peer recovery services like Medication Assisted Recovery, Recovery Specialist Services, Life Skills classes, Recovery 101 groups, Recovery Planning Warm Hand off for Overdose Survivors, and Vocational Assistance. Offers social events like dances, workshops, and breakfasts.

Connects individuals with resources. Offers educational groups to the public (Life Skills, Recovery 101 and Relapse Prevention). Offer a pool table, television, computers for job searching, coffee, talk with a Recovery Specialist, and etc.

Offers support groups for substance use disorders, including Alcoholics Anonymous, Narcotics Anonymous, and Dharma Recovery. A certified recovery specialist (CRS) is on-site five days a week. Also offers a food panty, fellowship, and sober events for the community.
