For uninsured individuals assessment for treatment must be done through one of multiple licensed points of entry including this Gaudenzia location. Assessment is needed to determine what level of care and intensity of service is necessary. Based on the assessment, a referral will be made to the appropriate treatment program.

The goal of Operation REACH (Relief for Emergency Assistance through Community Help) is to assist veterans who are struggling with substance abuse and/ or co-occurring mental health needs get the help that they need. Operation REACH will strive to provide intervention support services through a targeted case management model.
