Registers voters and manages elections for York County. Handles requests, such as: Handing in Mail-In and Absentee Ballots, Updating your registration, Applying for a ballot, and Handing in campaign finance. All new voter registrations and changes of address, name, or party affiliation must be recorded and maintained.

Maintains all activities relating to voter registration and elections. Office processes voter registration forms, absentee ballots, prepares all supplies for elections and schedules all activities that are necessary before, during and after Election Day.

Responsible for processing all taxes and other monies due to the county. Additional duties include custody, disbursement, and maintaining all records of financial transactions. Also serves as an agent for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the issuing of various licenses. These licenses include fishing, antlerless deer, dog, hunting, furtaker, bingo, small games of chance, and sportsman firearm permits.

Open door policy allowing citizens to drop into Bethlehem City Hall the second Monday of each month from 9:00am to 11:00am and 1:00pm to 3:00pm to speak with Mayor Robert Donchez. Chats will last 15 minutes. Available on a first-come, first-serve basis. Limited to one visit each month. Located on the 2nd Floor of Building B.
