Housing Partnership of Chester County - Winter Fuel Assistance Program

The Housing Partnership of Chester County provides our Fuel Assistance Program through donations from individuals and other organizations. This enables us to help applicants stay warm through the winter months. Qualified applicants will receive a one-time grant paid directly to the fuel provider (up to$500) that uses fuel oil, or propane for heat. Applicant must be owner of primary residence and may apply after receiving assistance from LIHEAP.

The agency also has 5 Senior Centers throughout the County in which participants can enjoy a Congregate Meal and Programming.
