Offers a range of services to individuals with HIV/AIDS and mental illness and their families or caregivers. Services include counseling for loved ones affected by HIV/AIDS and referrals as needed to other programs within an active network of HIV/AIDS service providers.

Hold biweekly meetings for HIV/AIDS clients, their family members and loved ones. Provides a confidential and supportive environment in which attendees are able to discuss the daily challenges of living with their health condition.

Provides supplemental food assistance to eligible low-income families in which one or more members of the household is living with HIV/AIDS.

Provides comprehensive care and treatment for individuals living with HIV, or individuals who may be at risk of contracting HIV Services include: medical care, dental care, medical case management, behavioral health counseling, medication assisted treatment and HIV prevention in the forms of PrEP and PEP. We also offer free and confidential HIV testing, walk-in or by appointment, with results in as little as one minute.

Offers clinics that include: A) In-person STI and HCV screenings and testing B) HIV testing and treatment C) Pre-Exposure Prophylaxis Services (PrEP) D) Case Management Services E) Sexual Health Services F) Condom Distribution The HIV Medical Case Management department can also provide services via phone, e-mail, text, and telemedicine equipment for those in need.

Offers the following services: - Immunizations (all ages), offered by appointment Thursday, 9:00-11:30am & 1:00-2:30 pm. Immunization record must be brought along. Immunizations for measles, rubella, and mumps can be given between ages 12-15 months, others usually 2 months. The following immunizations are offered: DTP (diphtheria, tetanus, pertussis) IPV (Inactivated Polio Vaccine) Prevnar (Pneumocial vaccine for infants) MMR (measles, mumps, rubella) Hepatitis B-Hepatitis A Gardasil (Vaccine used to prevent cervical cancer and precancerous cervical lesions) HIB (hemophilus influenza) DT Booster or TD (for older children) Varicella (chickenpox) TDYS - Tuberculosis Clinics provide confidential diagnosis, treatment (including medication), and follow-up. (Will do a free testing for persons who have been exposed to the germ). TB clinic by appointment - HIV/AIDS antibody testing and pre- and post-test counseling. Free, confidential, and anonymous.

ASC is funded by grants from HRSA (Ryan White), and subcontracts for grant funds via AIDSNET. There are two locations for HIV prevention/education, confidential/anonymous HIV testing, comprehensive clinical care (integrated behavioral health; integrated dietitian counseling), and medical case management for HIV-positive patients. We offer PrEP as a preventative for HIV-negative patients. New patient and client intakes are by appointment only. No walk-ins. Must bring documentation of HIV-positive status. Offers Case Management/Referral Services for people living with HIV. Supportive services include assistance with housing, utilities, medication, medical care, dental care, transportation, home-delivered meals, hygiene products, and smoking cessation.

Provides plans for and coordinates the delivery of HIV/AIDS care, prevention, and education in North Central Pennsylvania. Provides funding for four agencies to provide case management and prevention services in twelve counties of North Central Pennsylvania.
