Wellspan Health - Franklin County - Support Group
The Stroke Survivor Support Group welcomes stroke survivors and their support/caregivers to join us for open discussion meetings.
All meetings begin at 7 p.m. and are held in the Rehab Dining Room, 4th floor, Chambersburg Hospital. Parking is available on the lower level of the parking garage. Classes are free, and no registration is required. For more information, contact Chris Parker, OTR/L, or Kristen Foster, CCC-SLP, at (717) 267-7901.
