Offers case management services for parents who qualify for the self-sufficiency program and are currently in rental housing. Provides monthly one-on-one budget counseling, rent payment assistance, and other supportive services.

Partner families benefit from a network of Christian faith volunteers, financial assistance, and intensive case management as they work to find housing and achieve long term stability.
