Bridge of Hope BuxMont - Family and Financial Stability Program
Offers single mothers experiencing homelessness or at risk of being homeless the opportunity to get permanent housing and establish family and financial stability over a period of 12-18 months. Services include case management, budgeting and financial education, goal planning, resource development, life skills, parenting support, and connection to a group of volunteers offering companionship.
NOTE: Does not offer emergency housing or emergency rental or utility assistance.
