Services may include: Orientation to the Criminal Justice System, Case Status Information, Information and assistance relating to filing Crime Victims Compensation, Accompaniment to hospital, police, court, etc., Crises Intervention, Supportive Counseling, Emergency Child Care for Court Purposes, Employer/Creditor Intervention, Transportation for court purposes and more.

Alice Paul House - Victim Advocacy

Offers in-person support as victims/survivors navigate the criminal justice and court systems. Advocates provide trauma-informed empowerment support, accompaniment, and information to about the legal system when victims/survivors are making critical decisions. They also ensure that the victims'/survivors' rights are upheld throughout the process and provide explanation of the legal ramifications. Court education is also available. Assistance is available to obtain Protection from Abuse Orders (PFA), Sexual Violence Protection Order (SVPO)/Protection from Intimidation (PFI) Order, and Medical Advocacy is also available.
