Registered Nurses provide home visits to high risk pregnant women and/or parenting families, provide prevention education related to such topics as growth, development, nutrition and safety, perform screening related to post-partum depression, child development and child growth, visit families of children with such metabolic disorders as PKU or Maple Sugar Urine Disease, visit families of children with with cleft lip and/or palate and provide referrals and support for families that have experienced the loss of an infant ruled as Sudden Unexplained Infant Death (SUIDS).

A program for women who are having their first baby. When enrolled the program pairs the women with a specially trained nurse who will visit with them throughout their pregnancy and as they parent until the child turns two years old.
